This Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.BibiBand.co.za (“the Website”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide within the Republic of South Africa.

At this time, international shipping is not available.


1.2 Delivery Methods

Customers may select one of the following delivery options at checkout:

  • Door-to-door courier delivery

  • Pep Paxi collection

  • PUDO Locker collection

Delivery partners are selected at our discretion based on the option chosen and destination.


1.3 Delivery Fees

  • Standard nationwide delivery fee: R95

  • Free delivery applies to orders with a cart value of R950 or more

Delivery promotions may be amended at any time without prior notice.


1.4 Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are generally:

  • 2–5 working days for major metropolitan areas

  • 3–7 working days for regional or outlying areas

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.


1.5 Order Tracking

Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate contact and delivery details are provided at checkout.


1.6 Failed Delivery Attempts

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, or unavailability, additional re-delivery fees may apply.


2. Collection Option

Orders may be collected from our office in Ridgeway, Johannesburg by prior appointment only.

Customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable collection time once the order is ready.


3. Returns Policy

3.1 Hygiene Products

BibiBand products are classified as hair accessories and hygiene-related items.

In accordance with health and hygiene standards, used items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.


3.2 Eligibility for Returns

Unused items may be considered for return provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return requests are subject to approval.


3.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used hair products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)


4. Damaged or Defective Goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic evidence may be required.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before approving replacement.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original method of payment.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but typically reflect within 3–7 working days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.


7. Compliance with Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Where applicable, statutory consumer rights will apply.
